Jeff Kirk, principal and founder of Kirk Advisors, has 30 plus years of finance, human resource, and management experience. He started his career with Marriott Hotels. During his 26 years with Marriott he:

• Opened hotels - including conversion of competitor hotels into successful Marriott operations.

• Managed the finance function in hotels throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe.

• Trained and supported managers in both finance and administrative skills

More recently, Jeff has established and managed both finance and human resource functions in a medical device start-up, while a partner in a private equity firm. In this role he has provided mentoring and had oversight for multiple small businesses in diverse fields.

Jeff's real passion lies in providing opportunities for others to grow and progress. He thrives on supporting, training, and mentoring others as they seek fulfillment in their careers.
